We will accept returns within 5 days of receiving your item. Statement by J.Lloyd is not responsible for return shipping expenses. Refunds will be processed once items are received in perfect condition.

What is your restocking policy?
We specialize in custom sewn handbags. We cannot guarantee the fabric that is available will continue to be in stock. Accessories will be reordered based on demand.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be accepted through your PayPal account. PayPal also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Changes and cancellations can be made 24 hours from the initial order by emailing statementbyjlloyd@gmail.com. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after that time and you must use the refund policy.
How do I track my order?
In your shipping confirmation email, you'll get a link to the tracking history. From there, you can monitor your package's progress until it's delivered to your door. Or, visit USPS.com and enter the tracking number emailed to you.
How long after I place my order will it ship?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday within 36 hours of your order.
What are your delivery options?
We offer USPS Priority mail for United States shipping only. We offer 2-3 day shipping on all orders. Pick up is available in Southfield, MI only. Overnight shipping may be available at an additional cost. We do not ship internationally at this time.
